Field Set For Trot Mondial
The newly refurbished Hippodrome De Montreal plays host to an international field of trotters on August 28th with the inaugural edition of the $500,000 Trot Mondial. The race is at a distance of 1 3/8 miles. The field will consist of 11 trotters from North America and Europe and will be drawn on Tuesday, August 24th at 11 a.m. Trotters in the race include: Moni Maker (US), Georgia Limited (Can), Fern (US & Can), Goodtimes (Can), Supergrit (US), Hanko Angus (Can), Mister Goal (US), Kick Tail (US), Big Smoker (Italy), Monsieur Amos (US) and Ganymede (France).
